1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and nabaji ("nabaji", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at nabaji.vip. By creating an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the nabaji service in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the nabaji platform including, but not limited to, casino games, live casino, sports betting, crash games, slots, promotions, bonuses, and customer support interactions. They should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and nabaji.

nabaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the nabaji service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact our support team to arrange account closure.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The nabaji platform is open exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. nabaji enforces a strict 18+ age restriction with no exceptions. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited on this platform.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party when using the platform.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing nabaji is lawful in your location.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of nabaji, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from nabaji or any affiliated platform, or if you have, your exclusion period has fully expired and your account has been formally reinstated by our support team.

nabaji conducts age and identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") checks on all accounts as a standard part of our onboarding and withdrawal processes. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money features of the nabaji platform, you must create a registered account. During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and country of residence. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is truthful and that it is kept current throughout the life of your account.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on nabaji. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any winnings accrued on duplicate accounts may be voided at nabaji's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. nabaji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

• Account registration is free and there is no charge for opening or maintaining a nabaji account.
• You must use your own payment methods — you may not deposit using accounts or cards belonging to third parties.
• nabaji reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• All times displayed in your account are shown in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the nabaji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nabaji supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and a range of Bangladeshi bank transfer options including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by nabaji at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in line with our anti-money laundering obligations.

nabaji aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time in the majority of cases.
• nabaji does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment method that is different from the one used for deposits, except in exceptional circumstances approved by our finance team.
• nabaji reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal at our discretion.
• Funds remaining in a nabaji account do not accrue interest.
• nabaji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from our system.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

nabaji offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all offers made available on the nabaji platform:

• Bonuses are awarded in BDT to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome and reload bonuses is stated in the individual offer terms. You must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times using your own real-money funds or bonus funds as directed before requesting a withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unclaimed or unwagered bonus funds will be removed from your account upon the expiry of the promotional period.
• A maximum win cap may apply to certain bonus offers. Where applicable, this cap will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• nabaji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless the specific promotion explicitly states that they may be used in conjunction with other offers.
• Bonus abuse — defined as any systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose, including but not limited to matched betting with low-risk or zero-risk strategies — is prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the nabaji platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner at all times. You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, engage in any of the following activities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or at any point during the life of your account.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, interact with games, or perform any other action on the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the platform software, game engines, or odds calculation systems. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Using the platform for any money laundering purpose or for processing funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any software forming part of the nabaji platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or members of the nabaji support and moderation team in any communication channel.
• Sharing your account credentials with, or allowing access to your account by, any third party.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in breach of the one-account-per-player rule outlined in Section 3.
• Placing bets on sporting events in which you have any inside information or any direct or indirect influence over the outcome.

nabaji employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes that run continuously. If prohibited conduct is identified, nabaji may take any of the following actions without prior notice: temporarily restrict your account, permanently close your account, void any bets or winnings connected to the violation, withhold or forfeit deposited funds where permitted by applicable law, and/or report the matter to relevant authorities.

7 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the nabaji platform — including but not limited to the nabaji brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, game content, software, and underlying technology — are the exclusive property of nabaji or its licensed third-party providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the nabaji platform for your own personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the nabaji platform or its content without our express written permission.

Game content — including all slot titles, live dealer streams, crash game mechanics, and table game software — is owned by and licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. Use of that content is subject to the respective provider's intellectual property rights in addition to nabaji's own.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

You may request the closure of your nabaji account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process it within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any pending bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

nabaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder has previously self-excluded from nabaji or a related platform and the exclusion period is still active.
• Detection of prohibited automated or scripted activity on the account.
• Identification of duplicate accounts in breach of the one-account rule.

Where an account is closed by nabaji due to a breach of these Terms, nabaji reserves the right to withhold any outstanding bonus balance and any winnings derived from activity that constitutes a breach. Real-money deposits that are not connected to the breach will be returned to the player, subject to legal and regulatory obligations.
